Hens & Stags
Pack your riding gear and join us for a half-day Mountain Bike ride in the Afan Forest Park over the infamous Penhydd Trail.
The park was voted amongst the World’s Top-ten MTB riding venues by What Mountain Bike magazine in 2004.
We cater for all ability and experience levels. Our guides are professionals insured through the ABCC and accredited MIAS Mountain Bike Leaders.
The Penhydd Trail is incredible at around 16 k’s with an initial climb and lots of single-track. Lets forget about the climb and join the trail intent on riding the single-track descents.
Our meeting point is at Afan Forest visitor centre wher we will go through a Health and Safety brief before riding.
You will need to bring along appropriate clothing, food and drink for the ride. We use GIANT hard-tail mountain bikes. Each rider will be issued with a safety helmet.
Off into the wide blue yonder with the pace controlled by the guides.
Some four hours later you will emerge back into the centre, knackered and elated.
The cost normally works out around £36 pp
depending on group size. Trip time is about 4 hours. We can provide be-spoke trips to suit your individual group with a buffet and Coach uplift.
