We only refund postage on goods deemed to be warranty claims by the manufacturer or if we send out the wrong item. If you change your mind about a product after receiving it, we will be happy to exchange it but we don't consider it fair play to be expected to pay the collection or re-delivery charges and hence this is the customers responsibility,Our staff can only offer advice. That advice is not a contract and the onus is upon you the purchaser to select the right the sized bicycle, or product compatibility. Please take care when you order from us.
We will do our utmost at Afan Valley to give you a product of comparable quality and price when exchanging goods that have been incorrectly ordered. Our customer’s satisfaction is paramount.

We try to ensure product prices on our web site are up to date and correct but errors can happen. Please email us if you think there is a problem.
We accept three methods of payment Pay-pal, Personal Cheque and Cash. Goods will only be dispatched once all applicable monies are deposited with Afan Valley
We will not divulge your details to ANY third parties or organizations. To process your order and update you with delivery status we have to have your name, email, phone number.
Afan Valley cannot take responsibility for any damages, compensatory, indirect, consequential or direct, data loss, income, profit, property loss or damage and third party claims implied or otherwise when using the web-site afan-valley-bike-hire.com.
In the event of a product being temporarily or permanently out of stock we will let you know. At which point you can cancel your purchase or wait until the product is in stock. We will not charge you until the products your ordered are ready to be dispatched.
This web site is regularly updated with information supplied to us. We do photograph products and use those images where images are not available from a supplier. Because the information we use comes from our suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for web-site errors as these are genuine mistakes.
If you buy any cycling products from us based on wrong information we will replace or refund the product so long as it is unused.
While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to decline orders if they are based on inaccurate information by either party.
