Most of the Motorway corridors in the United Kingdom run parallel to the Railway systems.

The Bicycle riding paradise of South Wales lies only a few minutes ride from that great crossroads of railways the city of Bristol.

Whichever Motorway corridor serves you, links to Bristol and then on into South Wales, but if your coming from Manchester the train runs directly to Swansea with one or two stops.
