Join us here in the heart of the Welsh valleys for a fulfilling and satisfying controlled Mountain Bike descent that can be tackled by any healthy individual. Experienced guides control the pace making the day a memorable experience for all concerned.

The Mountain Bike Experience

We cater for small groups, a minimum of 8 clients per party to a maximum of 12 clients in a group with a guide. Our guides are all locally based professional MTB riders. Additional guides can be brought in to accommodate larger groups. Two of the principals employees may travel with their clients as additions to the group. (free of charge excluding their food and beverages)

The Afan Valley

We meet at Afan Argoed visitor Centre, situated in the beautiful Afan valley and only ten minutes drive from the M4 junction 40. We provide high specification mountain bikes, riding gloves, an approved helmet.A guide who will give professional advice to the riders Riders should bring along eye protection, protective clothing and training shoes. Registration is between 09.00 hrs and 09.30 hrs when tea coffee and toast or sandwiches will be served.

Safety First

A safety brief plus a description of what is expected from the riders will take place during this period. Participants will change into their protective clothing before embarking into our transport to the start point. Bikes, helmets and gloves are issued and fitted to each rider at the start point.

Adrenalin Rush

The descent starts at approximately 10-15hrs and is a controlled exhilarating experience allowing conversation at times whilst riding and at the breather stops. A support vehicle meets the group at approximately mid-day providing drinks and snacks. By 14.30hrs the group will have reached the end of their days ride. Time to rinse off the mud splashes and enjoy a hearty meal.

A cost-effective Corporate Entertainment option

These packages are competitively priced at £680 for a minimum group size of eight guest riders, additional riders up to a maximum of twelve at £86 per head.
